Midwives were brilliant throughout, appointments on time and very good. Induction day ran very smoothly and aftercare great liked the whatsapp group with the rata information etc.

Midwives- nothing (just give them a pay rise!)/nDoctors- perhaps book in babie book check as my doctors has been difficult to get through and always no appointments left when I finally get through!

The antenatal CLWS we attended at the {upminister} and Cranham clinic was better than the NCT classes we had paid for. They were super helpful ad very informative, I cannot believe these were free of charge when most courses you have to pay a small fortune for. They really were first class.

Communication in the hospital (i.e between day unit and labout ward).

It was lovely to be able to contact the midwives with any concerns and speak to someone you knew. They were totally supportive of my home birth and it was such a wonderful and relaxing experience.

All of the midwives were so kind and made my pregnancy journey as easy as and could they went above and beyond to make sure I received the best care and were kind and compassionate everything. I could recommend them enough- 10 out of 10! Thank you.

From first appointment I felt totally safe and looked after and felt so lucky to have the midwives support throughout.

I cannot fault the care given it was perfect.

The receptionsits at Queen's could do a bit better when seeing someone in full labour having contractions. I felt they did not care much and was told to sit and wait.
